You'll work directly with sales and marketing leaders, connecting with C-level executives across Europe, and helping major brands expand their market reach. What You'll Do

  • Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book high-quality meetings for client teams.
  • Manage and maintain accurate CRM records, providing detailed notes and pre-meeting summaries.
  • Research and profile potential customer accounts to build a strong and targeted sales pipeline.
  • Communicate updates and results to clients during weekly calls and quarterly reviews.
  • Exceed activity and performance targets while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
  • Engage daily with executives and senior leaders from global technology companies.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in both German and English

(spoken and written).
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Strong communicator: confident, clear, and persuasive, especially over the phone.
- Driven and ambitious, with a passion for sales, technology, and professional growth.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Receptive to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
