Legendary Expeditions & Chem Chem Safari offer extraordinary expeditionary routes in northern Tanzania, connecting guests with unscripted adventures in the Serengeti. With 3 lodges and 5 tented camps in stunning locations, including the outskirts of Arusha, remote areas of the Serengeti and the areas conservation and community areas between the Tarangire and Lake Manyara. We provide unique safari experiences surrounded by beautiful landscapes, big game, and ancient cultures.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Travel Designer at Legendary Expeditions & Chem Chem Safari. The Senior Travel Designer will be responsible for creating and managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations and overseeing travel consulting and high end experiences to our properties, and throughout East Africa and Southern Africa. The role is based in Cape Town.
Qualifications
- 5 years + experience at a senior level in luxury travel industry
- Expert knowledge of East Africa and Southern African luxury travel destinations and logistics
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
