Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Travel Consultant at Legendary Expeditions & Chem Chem. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for creating and managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations and overseeing travel consulting and high end experiences to our properties, and throughout East Africa and Southern Africa. While the role is based in our Cape Town office, flexibility for hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

  • 5 years + experience at a senior level in luxury travel industry
  • Expert knowledge of East Africa and Southern African luxury travel destinations and logistics
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
