Membership Sales Consultant – Full-Time

Location: Zone Fitness Tokai

Zone Fitness Tokai is on the lookout for confident, energetic, and target-driven individuals to join our sales team as Membership Sales Consultants. If you're passionate about fitness, enjoy connecting with people, and are motivated by results, this role is perfect for you.

What You'll Do

  • Promote and sell memberships to grow the Tokai branch community
  • Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Convert walk-ins and enquiries into successful membership sales
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to branch growth
  • Provide professional, friendly service and represent the Zone Fitness brand with pride

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification)
  • At least 6 months of proven sales experience (fitness industry knowledge is an advantage)
  • Computer literate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and highly motivated
  • Resilient and able to perform well under pressure in a sales-focused role
