Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Cape Town, South Africa. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities to drive the company's growth. They will develop and maintain strong client relationships, prepare and deliver proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction by aligning services with client needs. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to customize solutions for clients and identifying market trends for strategic improvements and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis experience
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in identifying opportunities and executing growth strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Relevant experience in climate finance, environmental sustainability, or related industries is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, results-driven environment
