Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Western Cape, South Africa. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve revenue and growth goals. Responsibilities include researching prospective clients, negotiating and closing deals, analyzing market trends, and contributing to business strategies. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and relationship management
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic planning abilities, and market research proficiency
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify new revenue opportunities and effectively drive results
  • Familiarity with CRM software and related business tools
  • Ability to thrive in an on-site professional environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Experience in the consulting or business growth industry is advantageous
