Senior Safari Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate inbound group tours with a focus on Southern Africa destinations.
- Utilize detailed logistical knowledge to create seamless travel experiences.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on a wide variety of products across borders.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Afrikaans.
- Handle inquiries and bookings with a high degree of accuracy and urgency.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with inbound group tours.
- Detailed logistical destination knowledge of Southern Africa.
- Extensive product knowledge across multiple borders.
- Strong supplier relationships.
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Strong sense of urgency and accuracy.
- Naturally inquisitive and eager to explore.
- Experience with Tourplan.
- Proficiency in an additional foreign language.
- Enthusiastic about exploring new destinations.
