Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist & POD Clerk located in the City of Cape Town. The role involves managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and ensuring smooth communication within the office. Responsibilities also include clerical tasks, managing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation, and providing excellent customer service to support daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Receptionist Duties
  • Demonstrated Clerical Skills, including organization and attention to detail
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in Customer Service with a focus on professionalism and client satisfaction
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant administrative or clerical certifications are advantageous
  • Previous experience in logistics or related industries is a plus
