About The Position:

  • This is a full-time position for a mid level to senior candidate;
  • Must have marketing related work experience
  • Compensation will fall within industry standards;
  • Our office is based in Woodstock, Cape Town offering two remote days per month after the probation period

Requirements Paid Ads:

  • Able to set up and optimise social paid ads (Meta ads, LinkedIn ads, TikTok, X, etc.)
  • Set up and optimise Google ads incl. all current ads types
  • Set up Google Merchant Center accounts and optimise Google shopping feeds
  • Optimise lead generation and eCommerce ads to increase the conversion rate
  • Set up custom audiences and conversion tracking
  • Create sales or lead funnels
  • Facebook Blue Print certificated is a plus
  • Google skill shop certification
  • Understands how to utilise Google Analytics
  • SEO skills an advantage
  • Client communication and presentation skills

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Draft and update ad accounts monthly with new ad copy
  • Set up new ad accounts
  • Set up conversion tracking of new accounts is a plus
  • Draft and compile month-end reports for clients with results of previous month KPI's and make suggestions for the following month
  • Implement monthly feedback into campaigns
  • Track and be fully responsible for daily ad spend on accounts
  • Advise clients on ad spend budgets for each account monthly
  • Optimise Ads accounts on a day to day basis

CTC salary for a full time role: R25,000 - R35,000
