KEY TASKS:

The Paid Media Specialist will work to execute the following:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and Paid Social Media advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create optimized 360˚ conversion funnels and user experience from impressions through to conversion points
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Communication to clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and assist in new business development
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a similar paid media position
  • Impeccable command of the English Language (written and verbal)
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of SEM platforms and campaigns (Google Ads; Search, Display, etc.)
  • Knowledge and understanding of paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter) beneficial.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO and SEM platforms
  • Knowledge and understanding of platform analytics and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
