We're on the look out for a talented LinkedIn Ads Specialist to join our LinkedIn Ads Marketing Agency.
Please note deep B2B Marketing and LinkedIn Ads experience and expertise is critical for this role.

We've got a team of 15 with a core team based in Cape Town and you'll be working closely with our Head of Strategy and team to deliver for a portfolio of clients.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Creating the strategy for the channel for clients to ensure we deliver on their objectives.
  • Brief new content assets to deliver full-funnel content coverage on the channel.
  • Understand the clients ICP and relevant pain points.
  • Manage experiments and feedback learnings to team to deliver to clients.
  • Write engaging ad copy that appeals to the ICP of the client.
  • Create and present the monthly performance report to show progress vs their main KPIs and discuss key recommendations.

This is a full-time position and we operate with an agile working culture. You'll be required to join meetings with the team and client, but other than that, you can work anytime, anywhere

About You

  • You're fluent in English – speaking, and writing

  • You're ready to learn new skills and have fun
  • You don't need to be perfect (we're certainly not) but we're hoping to find someone who is willing to commit to the journey of learning and growing with us.
