Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist to join our team on-site at our Sandton location. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and building client relationships to uncover and develop new business opportunities. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess data for strategic decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities and trends
- Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and demonstrated teamwork capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the insurance or risk advisory industry is an advantage
