Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Production Specialist to lead end-to-end video creation from pre-production planning and on-ground shooting to post-production finishing. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in camera operations, lighting, sound, and production design, paired with a creative mindset and basic editing skills. This role requires someone who can independently manage shoots while collaborating effectively with creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute video shoots for marketing, branding, training, digital campaigns, and corporate communication.
  • Manage end-to-end production setup including camera operation, lighting rigs, sound recording, and on-set coordination.
  • Maintain high production quality standards to ensure brand consistency and impactful visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to conceptualize and script video content.
  • Handle basic post-production editing tasks including cutting, trimming, transitions, sound mixing, titles, and color correction.
  • Manage and maintain video equipment and ensure operational readiness for shoots.
  • Research and implement latest video production trends, techniques, and tools to enhance creative output.
  • Work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience in video production, cinematography, or a similar creative role.
  • Strong understanding of professional camera gear, lighting setups, microphones, and production equipment.
  • Basic proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics/After Effects is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Excellent eye for detail, framing, composition, lighting, and sound quality.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in shooting interviews, corporate films, events, and social media content.
  • Ability to create short-form content optimized for digital platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Tiktok).
  • Familiarity with still photography and basic photo editing.
