As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll set the standard for comfort and hospitality.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Ensure all apartments are guest-ready and meet the highest satisfaction standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain cleaning schedules, checklists, and SOPs.
  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations across 42 apartments.
  • Manage and coordinate with our outsourcing cleaning company to maintain consistent high cleaning standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality protocols.
  • Address guest concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores.
  • Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, ensuring minimal loss and accurate tracking.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance department on repairs and upkeep of apartments and common areas.
  • Implement and monitor infection control protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism and accountability within the department.
  • Use our housekeeping management system and app to allocate work efficiently or monitor tasks performed by the team.
  • Utilize IT skills to analyze data, track stock, and identify trends or discrepancies.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 3 Years Housekeeping Supervisor exp.
  • Relevant hotel, boutique hotel, Aparthotel experience
  • Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality (advantageous)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Experience working on a housekeeping CRM system
  • Individual to be able to work weekends
  • Great leaderships / analytical skills
