Location: Remote

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm UK time

Role Type: B2C outbound sales - warm leads, no cold calling

Compensation: OTE £500 - £1,000 per month

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Patient Booking Specialist to join our growing team. This is a performance-based role focused on turning warm leads (no cold calls) into confirmed appointments for dental clinics. You'll speak with patients interested in treatments like Invisalign, dental implants, veneers, and cosmetic procedures, helping them feel supported and ready to book.

This role is ideal for appointment setters that are proactive, confident on the phone, and enjoys building rapport quickly.

What You'll Do

Call warm leads every day — no cold calls, just real patient interest.

Run discovery calls to understand patient needs, goals, and concerns, then guide them towards the right treatment.

Share clear, honest information about treatment options and pricing, securing deposits to confirm bookings

Confirm bookings directly in clinic calendars

Deliver concise patient notes so clinic teams are fully prepared for each consultation

Success in the Role

3 months Confidently hitting appointment targets, mastering scripts & tools

6 months Consistently exceeding goals, providing insights on lead quality

12 months Recognised as a top performer, trusted with larger clinic accounts

18 months Opportunity to train new setters and take on leadership responsibilities
