About the Role

As a Patient Consultant, you'll be the vital link between patients and life-changing dental solutions. This isn't just customer service, it's consultative selling that directly impacts both patient care and business growth. You'll engage with warm leads, conduct structured consultations, and guide patients through booking their free dental consultation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Speak with warm leads and assess their suitability for treatment.
• Build trust and rapport while uncovering patient needs.
• Handle objections confidently and secure commitments by collecting refundable deposits.
• Maintain accurate consultation notes and follow up with prospective patients.
• Eager to learn through training and coaching to sharpen your consultative skills.

• Polished phone etiquette and exceptional active listening abilities.
• The ability to show empathy and understanding while guiding patients through their journey.
• Resilience and confidence in handling objections and managing a high volume of calls.
• Someone who turns rejection into fuel and stays driven to achieve results.
• Fluent or English Proficiency Level B2 and up (spoken and written)
• Able to follow step-by-step instructions.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented, you love to win and celebrate success together

Working Hours

You'll need to be flexible to work Australian business hours:

• 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM or
• 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM (South Africa time)

To excel in this remote role, you must have:

• A reliable laptop or desktop computer
• A headset with a microphone
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Stable Wi-Fi or fibre internet connection
• A backup generator or alternative power supply to ensure uninterrupted work
