We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual with strong sales expertise to support and optimize our sales operations. This is a remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with clients, and knows how to turn leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Optimizing Sales Scripts & Strategies

Refine and enhance messaging to increase conversions and create consistent communication across all outreach efforts.

Industry & Tool-Specific Expertise

Leverage your knowledge of sales tools and industry best practices to streamline processes and maximize results.

Client-Facing Experience

Communicate professionally with prospective clients, nurture relationships, and represent our brand with confidence.

Cold Calling

Initiate outbound calls, engage prospects effectively, and set appointments or close sales depending on campaign needs.

CRM Management

Maintain organized and accurate CRM data, track pipeline activity, and support follow-up workflows.

Lead Generation

Identify and source new leads through various online tools, platforms, and outbound strategies.

Outbound Sales

Execute outreach campaigns, follow scripts, adapt to customer objections, and work toward defined sales targets.

Ideal Candidate

  • Speaks impeccable English.
  • Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or outbound lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills—confident, clear, and personable.
  • Highly organized with excellent CRM proficiency.
  • Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new industries or tools.
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset.

Position Details

  • Remote – work from anywhere
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm United States, Central Standard Time
