Membership Sales Consultant – Full-Time

Location: Zone Fitness Fish Hoek

Zone Fitness Fish Hoek is looking for dynamic, confident, and results-driven individuals to join our sales team as Membership Sales Consultants. If you enjoy connecting with people, love a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for health and fitness, this role is made for you.

What You'll Do

  • Actively promote and sell gym memberships to grow the Fish Hoek branch's member community
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of leads through walk-ins, referrals, and outreach
  • Engage with potential members and guide them through the joining process
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent effort and strong communication
  • Deliver friendly, professional service and represent the Zone Fitness brand with pride

What You'll Need

  • Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification)
  • At least 6 months' sales experience (fitness or retail experience is an advantage)
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and motivated by achieving goals
  • Able to thrive under pressure in a performance-based environment
