What You'll Do
- Reply to client emails and manage the Wimrick inbox
- Assist with preparing quotes, basic proposals and invoices
- Coordinate suppliers, venues, speakers and service providers
- Keep all documents, contracts and project folders organised
- Maintain contact lists for clients, venues, and contractors
- Follow up on deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Support on event days (check-in, coordination, basic logistics) when required
- Assist the directors with general admin and scheduling linked to events
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in admin, events, hospitality or office support
- Strong written and spoken English and professional email etiquette
- Very organised, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Confident dealing with clients and suppliers on the phone and via email
- Very comfortable with Word, Excel/Sheets, email, and basic online tools
- A proactive, "get it done" attitude and willingness to learn
- Advantageous: previous experience in events, logistics or agency environment
