Fantastic opportunity to join a client centric investment management team’s back office as Offshore Administrator. This is a stable and experienced team who are looking for an additional resource in their investment administration team in the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town.

This role is responsible for reconciliations in the offshore administration area and covers, transactions, settlements, and compliance. Role suits well-organised, recent accounting graduate who has a good base knowledge of investment administration, and offshore would be a plus

**Responsibilities**
- Handle offshore queries
- Financial year-end audit preparation
- Reconciliations, corrections and investigations as required
- Preparation of daily portfolio compliance reports
- Responsible for Manco instructions such as compliance and AML reporting requirements

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a completed tertiary qualification B.Comm Accounting, Diploma Accounting / Bookkeeping or similar
- Prior investment administration experience as well as advanced MS Excel skills, essential.
- Good attention to detail, and deadline driven
