Role: Temporary Project Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to provide high-level support to the Office of the Chairperson and the Inquiry Panel. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational ability, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and proven experience managing complex administrative processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Minimum Requirements:
- 5–10 years relevant experience in Project Administration or Office Management
- Degree or Diploma in Project Administration / Business Administration / or related field
- Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in budgeting support and record-keeping systems
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle confidential information
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Office of the Chairperson and Panel throughout the Inquiry.
- Provide structured administrative support to the Technical Team.
- Manage Inquiry records, including the Case Management System.
- Assist with budgeting processes, financial documentation, and expenditure tracking.
- Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain minutes for management and key Inquiry meetings.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate public hearings and inquiry-related events.
- Oversee the publication and distribution of notices, reports, and other official documents.
- Assist with general facilities and office management duties as needed.
