**Duties**:
Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the office, agents and Head office

Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions

Organizing and effectively managing the office

Maintain contact lists

Schedule appointments and maintain calendar

Write and edit documents from reports, templates and other documents

Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

**Minimum Requirements**:
Matric

Drivers License with car

Has worked with Lightstone, Fusion and or Slack (Beneficial)

Can speak both English & Afrikaans fluently

**Salary**: R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Franschhoek, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
