Office Administrator

URGENT
Office Administrator required for a manufacturing company in Killarney Gardens. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position required together with the following:
- Matric as a minimum qualification.
- Administration, secretarial and manufacturing operations knowledge & understanding.
- Must have experience in fast-paced and high demand manufacturing and / or production environment.
- MS-Office proficient - Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word, PowerPoint, etc
- Accounting experience will be advantageous.
- Ability to understand, report and forecast on current orders, sales and stock.
- MUST have Xero & Payspace (payroll) experience
- MUST have own reliable transport
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Organizing and storing paperwork and computer-based information.
- Complete and report on customer quotations and tenders.
- Follow-up with suppliers and contractors on outstanding work / activities.
- Assist Management with staff issues and overall efficiency of day-to-day operations.
- Control of electricity and telephone accounts for the branch.
- Document processing, data capturing.
- Complete weekly payroll processing - PaySpace.
- Generating sales, cost and forecast reports on a daily basis.
- Ensure accurate stock take figures in time and correct for accounting purposes (Xero Accounting).
- Any other tasks and activities to support the efficiency of the operations.
