Office Administrator

**MAIN PURPOSE**:
As an Administrator you will be the liaison between 3rd parties & the organization. You will regard a high level of confidentiality. Execute duties & requests of executive management/directors.
**Key Performance Areas**:
- Ensure Administration is up to date regularly.
- Monitor office inventory.
- Invoicing, Nexion, Commission, Quick Books.
- Payments.
- Lead distribution.
- Booking Couriers.
- Minutes of Meetings.
- Purchase Orders.
- Assisting Walk-in Clients.
- Document distribution.
- Assisting Clients with Fingerprints.
**Qualifications**:
- Matric Certificate.
- Proven Administrative Experience Record.
- Administration Certificate/qualification.
**Knowledge and Experience**:
- At least 2+ years’ working experience as an Administrator.
**Skills and Inherent Requirements**
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans.
- Good Communication Skills & Presentation Skills.
- Good Administration Skills.
- Well Organized, Assertive, Punctual.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Presentable to act as the 1st point of contact.
- Multitasking.
- High Level of Accuracy.
- Professionalism.
- Office Coordination & Liaison.
- Managing Office Documents.
- Record Keeping.
**Salary**: From R7,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (preferred)
