We are a rapidly growing PPE supplier located in Enterprise Way, Cape Farms, and we are looking for a skilled and experienced **Office Administrator** to join our dynamic team. If you are highly organized, proactive, and have a passion for administration, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain debtors and creditors
- Process and manage invoicing efficiently
- Assist with financial record-keeping and reporting
- Ensure accurate data entry and account reconciliation on **Pastel**:
- Utilize **Excel** for data analysis and reporting
- Support general office administration duties
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in office administration
- Solid experience with **debtors and creditors management**:
- Proficient in **invoicing** and financial administration
- Strong working knowledge of **Pastel**:
- **Excel expert** with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
- Experience with **Zoho** is a bonus but not essential
**Skills & Attributes**:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
