We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The office administrator ensures smooth running of the company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- This admin role with a little bit of basic bookkeeping, They have auditors but the administrator needs to gather the information and docs to send to the auditors as they need the info
- Filing and typing of docs and basic admin.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
**Requirements and skills**
- 3 - 4 Years Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic record keeping
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- Completed Matric, Secretarial or additional qualification or certificate in office administration or relevant field will be an added bonus
Any experience on HubSpot CRM will also be an advantage.
**SHEQ Duties**
- Creating weekly toolbox talks, incorporating company procedure, SHE, legal and other
- Providing induction training for new employees and visitors
- Providing toolbox talk training to employees
- Recording and reporting non-conformances from external stakeholder audits and/or internal
- Monitoring and measurement including (data analysis):
- Incoming and outgoing waste
- First aid check analysis
- Other operational check analysis
- PPE issuing, stock taking, procedures, analysis and ensuring that new stock is ordered timeously
- Reporting to Legal and Compliance
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
