**Position Summary**

We are now looking for a Customer Sales Development Manager to be based in Longmeadow Distribution Centre.
**A day in the life of a Customer Sales Development Mnager**:
**Instore Execution**:
- Develop with Customer teams, store spend plans for franchise stores and Independents and optimise ROI.
- CTP'S to be developed to grow the customer.
- Ensure effective communication and implementation of all promotional activities as per customer grids including all theme and fun incentives.
- Ensure 100% srtike rate compliance of all POS for the geographical region.
- Ensure that all orders are coordinated planned, placed and captured for customer POS requirements.
- Regular trade visits are done in the area with the regional managers, reps, Cams within the geography.
- Store reports to be completed and submitted to the ABM.
- Spend plans to be communicated and evaluated with team.
- Ensure meetings with customer ops teams, msm, regional managers and ,catman teams are attended on a monthly basis.

**On shelf availability**:
- Achieve a picture of success as set out for the BU's and customer.
- Communicate and monitor all promotions and ensure 100% compliance as per customer grids
**Speed to Market**:
- Achieve numeric distribution of all confirmed new products that are launched and listed as per the BU & CAM communication for the target stores (LSM groups).
- Ensure accurate data is shared
**People Development**:
- Regular monthly meetings to be held with regional managers and sales teams linked to account (reps, field marketers and merchandisers).
- Communicate on all issues relating to the customer as well as promotional activity.
Responsible for the execution of Channel Category plans at the POP Action Plan from ICP). Support the development of Field Sales and Category channel Plans by providing feedback on the Action plan activities execution.
Responsible to provide quality and on-time information by customer, report on market dynamics, competitor activities. (SFA tool)
Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including NMLP, TS, Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and local regulations
**What will make you successful**:
- Degree / National / Post Grad Diploma in Sales or Marketing.
- 3-5 years in sales or marketing and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
- Demonstrate ability to work with people and be a key team player.
- Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Agents sales force.
- Knowledge of Excel Literacy and establish sales reports.
- Ability to communicate effectively and motivate a customer team.
- Ability to present and communicate effectively.
- Sound knowledge of business and financial, concepts and principles.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
