**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales manager, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Assist in maintaining customer relationships by handling inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate sales activities, such as processing orders, preparing sales contracts, and following up on sales leads.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse or logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate customer information and sales data.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.
- Support the sales team by providing necessary information, materials, and resources to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions for new sales team members and provide onboarding support as needed.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned by the sales manager, such as organizing promotional events or implementing process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles preferred, particularly in aftermarket automotive parts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Passion for the automotive industry and willingness to learn about aftermarket automotive parts.
