Our client currently has an opportunity for an MIS Operations Manager to be responsible to ensure alignment of IT strategy and planning with the company business goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:
Minimum OF A BCom, BSc degree, or National Diploma; ITSM, Prince 2 practitioner, TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL Foundation; Cisco Certified Network Architect (CCNA) MCSE ITP; Virtualisation Technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V) CISP/CISO.
Minimum of 5 - 10 years: Operations Management experience; Customer service environment; Virtualization experience; Microsoft AD, SQL, and server operating system experience; Networking and Telephony experience.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years: Cloud platform exposure (Azure/AWS/Google); Governance experience (King/COBIT); Security Officer experience.

Reports to: MIS Manager

Job description / core competencies:

- Manage SLA contracts internally and externally;
- Conduct ongoing analysis of current system utilization, needs and associated risks;
- Operational planning and execution to achieve business goals (Microsoft, Virtualization, Networking, Application, Security, Governance and Service Delivery).
- Coordinates and manages information reporting needs for MIS department and IT Steering Committee
- Provide vision and leadership to the team who are responsible for providing end user technology support services;
- Ensure system documentation, policies and procedures are aligned to Governance frameworks adopted, kept current and are enforced;
- Ensure compliance and conformance to companies safety procedures and BSP activities for self and subordinates;
- Ensure compliance to Procurement and Financial Management requirements;
- Execute responsibilities of the Deputy Information Officer (DIO).

Job Qualification & Experience:
