Join the CIB Client Onboarding team as a Specialist MI & Reporting Analysis Specialist where you will deliver Management Reporting to CIB and COB. The key accountabilities for a MI and Data Management developer involve designing, developing, and maintaining MI and data management systems that are accurate, reliable, secure, and provide timely insights to support decision-making and business performance.

**Job Description**:
Key Accountabilities
- Data Integration: Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure that data from various sources are integrated into a centralized repository or data warehouse.
- Data Modeling: Design and develop data models that effectively capture the structure, relationships, and semantics of the organization's data.
- Data Quality Management: Develop and implement data quality rules and procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of data.
- Business Intelligence Reporting: Develop and maintain business intelligence reporting systems, dashboards, and visualizations to enable users to access and analyze data in a meaningful way.
- Data Security: Develop and maintain data security policies, procedures, and processes to ensure that data is secure and protected from unauthorized access.
- Data Governance: Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure that data is managed effectively and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- System Maintenance: Provide technical support and maintenance for MI and data management systems, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and system upgrades.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, new technologies, and enhanced capabilities to improve MI and data management systems and processes.

Education and Experience Required
- BSC Computer Science
- 3 years Management Reporting
- SQL, QlikView, ETL, Denodo, Hadoop, Spark ,MongoDB

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
