**JOB SUMMARY**:
- Main purpose of position:
- CipherWave a South African Internet Service Provider (ISP) that provides growing businesses with a range of solutions to help them connect, communicate, and collaborate with their customers, employees, and suppliers. We own and manage our own network infrastructure, which enables us to provide efficient, speedy service and support that our customers can count on 24/7.-
- Responsibilities and duties:
- Responsible for driving sales for the Connectivity Product Stack which includes, Fibre Wireless & Fixed LTE.
- Review, update and maintain connectivity product business rules.
- Assist sales team on formulating solution pricing for connectivity opportunities.
- Ensure all platforms used are updated with latest connectivity coverage maps from all Fibre and Wireless Network Operators that CipherWave has interconnects with.
- Work with marketing and sales on campaigns to drive product awareness and growth.
- Manage and resolve internal queries and issues related to the connectivity product stack.
- Manage the relationship with our FNO and WNO partners.
- Develop product collateral framework for sales, delivery, technical support team.
- Provide routine and ad-hoc reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external technical, project and support teams to deliver on product solutions.
- Provide monthly product reports on:
- Competitor analysis
- Product sales performance
- New Product development trends
- Desired skills & experience- Connectivity experience (knowledge of the SA landscape).
- Networking experience.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Managing targets and Reporting.
- Time management skills essential.
- Must have an aptitude for problem analysis and resolution.

- Previous experience selling network and connectivity solutions.
- Minimum experience:
- 3-5 years working in a role selling vendor networking products.
- 3-5 years experiencing in a presale’s role supporting networking solutions.
- 3-5 Product Management in an ISP or Telco role.
- At least 3-5 years’ work experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Minimum qualification:
- Knowledge of internet service provider products and services.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
