**About the Role**

Xenor is seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Sales Representative to help grow advertising revenue across our digital and social media platforms. This role focuses on national and corporate accounts, with a mandate to unlock new revenue opportunities and demonstrate the value of integrated campaigns that focus on digital but can also combine print and sponsored content.

This is a contract position, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect and close new deals with mid-to-large scale advertisers (outside existing portfolios)
- Present tailored digital advertising solutions across Xenor's platforms, including print titles, digital channels, and social media
- Support the Sales Manager with outreach, client engagement, and proposal development
- Collaborate with editorial and studio teams to align messaging and delivery of commercial content
- Prepare and present campaign reports and case studies to demonstrate performance
- Work towards achieving a +35% revenue increase within the first 6 months

**What We're Looking For**:

- 2+ years experience in digital, media, B2B, or advertising sales
- Strong grasp of both print and digital media sales
- Confidence in presenting and closing integrated campaigns
- Familiarity with FMCG and retail sectors is a plus
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
