This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital sales, strategic thinking and relationship-building. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective digital sales strategies that help our clients meet their goals, while driving business growth for the group.Role Overview: As the Digital Sales Specialist, you will collaborate directly with our clients, agencies and landlords, ensuring that their digital strategies are aligned with their business objectives. You'll manage and implement customised digital strategies while meeting budget goals and maintaining positive client relationships. This is a key position where your success will directly contribute to the company's overall sales and growth.To thrive in this role, you should be adept at implementing complex digital marketing strategies, managing multiple stakeholders and meeting set targets under pressure. Self-motivation, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for digital trends are essential to succeed.What You Will DoClient Consultation: Conduct in-person and virtual discovery sessions to understand client needs and digital goalsStrategy Development: Design and implement tailored digital strategies for clients across various platformsDigital Presence Management: Oversee and optimise client online presence to maximise performanceSocial media and digital solutions: Present and advise on social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibilityAgency Engagement: Represent the group at national agency roadshows, events and client presentationsPerformance Analysis: Track, analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns to ensure objectives are metRelationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, agencies and partners to ensure client retention and satisfactionReporting: Provide regular post-campaign reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholdersSales Growth: Achieve sales targets, drive new business opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the teamIndustry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools,and best practices in the digital marketing and media landscapeWhat You NeedMinimum 3 years of experience in digital or media sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goalsStrong existing relationships with digital agencies and clientsExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environmentA proactive self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a teamExceptional time management, organisational and multitasking skillsIn-depth understanding of digital marketing, social media management and online advertisingFamiliarity with major digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, email marketing and Wi-Fi advertising
