**What is the role about?**

**Project Cutover Management**:

- Define, develop and implement cutover plans for** Workday** projects to support harmonization of migration and integration with existing systems
- Plan, design, and develop new and innovative cutover strategies to meet project needs
- Implement best practice processes, and drive continuous improvement for repeatable successful cutover delivery
- Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management
- Lead and connect all parties involved in the cutover activities including business managers, project managers and project team/s, to ensure the creation of integrated solutions and plans meet organizational guidelines and priorities
- Manage multiple projects and/or test cycles simultaneously and keeping them on track
- Ensure all program, project and test activities comply with the standards and procedures of **Workday** and **Workday** clients

**What skills are we looking for?**

Our roles are remotely based (even pre-Covid), meaning you will be working from your home office, connecting with your client and team on a daily basis.

To be successful in this type of environment, you will need to have the ability to communicate effectively (in English) with cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts in easy, understandable terms, align HR / business knowledge with **Workday **functionality, and proactively drive process improvements. You will need to be comfortable with video calls and be proactive in keeping communication channels open with your client and team.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Previous HR/IT project or test management experience is a must
- Previous **Workday **experience
- Project management certification
- Educated to degree level
- Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- As this is a remote role, you can be based _**_anywhere_**_, as long as you are authorised to work without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future._
