What You'll Be Doing Leading and contributing to client‑facing Workday projects, taking full ownership of one or more functional areas from design through to deployment Building and configuring integrations using Workday Studio and other integration tools Developing integrations with Identity Management systems, Payroll platforms, and ERP systems Understanding end‑to‑end HR / HCM business processes and gathering data requirements to support migration workflows Creating transformation logic and modelling data for various business flows Conducting unit and end‑to‑end testing to ensure seamless implementation Collaborating across HR and Financial transformation teams to deliver innovative, value‑driven solutions What We're Looking For Essential Requirements : 4+ years of relevant experience Workday HCM Core certification / expertise Workday Integrations certification / expertise Proven experience in HR transformation projects Strong competency building integrations on Workday Studio Experience with Identity Management and Payroll system integrations Solid understanding of relational databases and ERP systems Knowledge of HR process flows and data modelling Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted #J-18808-Ljbffr
