**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a Senior Project Delivery Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will lead complex end-to-end product development projects and be responsible for the successful delivery of projects. This is a senior positive where you will work with different internal and external stakeholders to delivery new products and services that support business objectives.

You will manage 1-2 projects at any one time and an average of 4-5 projects per year. The focus of this role is primarily within infrastructure projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with technical and product teams to ensure deliverables are met in line with time and budget requirements.
- Collaborating with other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Owning budgeting and forecasting processes to meet company financial objectives.
- Ensure projects have robust plans for key activities such as capturing detailed requirements, low-level design, testing, cutover and post go-live support.
- Providing accurate and timely project reports, following Group IT standards, to IT leadership and wider business stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to delivery standards and processes, sharing knowledge, experience, and expertise to help drive the continual improvement in our ways of working.
- Line management responsibility of a Project Delivery Manager.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Past professional project management experience is essential
- Experience of managing projects in a technical / IT / technology environment
- Capability to manage multiple complex projects at one time, handling conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Experience and deep understanding of a range of delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile Kanban and Scrum, and can contribute to the development of internal systems and processes Past experience of infrastructure project delivery is desirable but not essential
