**JOB OUTLINE**

You will be responsible for the successful administrative running of the verification process for all the company clients. The Analyst will also assist the Consultants with data management and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:
Working closely with the consultant(s), the analyst will be jointly responsible for facilitating a smooth and efficient verification process for Company''s clients.

Working closely with the consultant(s), the analyst will assist the consultant in preparing client calculations and reviews.

Acquiring quotes from Verification Agents based on client specifications.

Project planning for the client rating process.

Gathering all documentation required for client rating.

Attending client reviews and rating briefing meetings as required.

Attending the client on-site verification process.

Compiling, distributing and gathering outstanding document lists pertaining to ratings.

Assisting with outstanding document collection for ratings.

Receipt of final certificate.

Updating of the rating project, client account and all contacts on company''s CRM system.

- Degree is preferable.
- 2-3 years BEE experience.
- Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable car.
