**Minimum requirements**:

- University Degree in Information technology or Data Science
- At least 3 years in data management and analytics
- A strong command of Google Sheets/ Excel with the ability to write advanced formulas
- Excellent analytical skills

Key duties:

- Define data strategy and producing complete data mapping of the existing HR data to
- identify sources, volumes, evaluate data quality and potential gaps to fill
- Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing
- Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary
- Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
- Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
- Helping to develop reports and analysis.
- Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
- Training end users on new reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of C&B projects.
