Key Responsibilities:Consolidate B-BBEE scorecard data across all elements and ensure accuracy and timeliness.Prepare, maintain, and track audit files and support documentation for the annual B-BBEE verification.Liaise with internal stakeholders and verification agencies to ensure that deadlines are met.Develop audit reports, scorecards, and recommendations.Assist with planning and monitoring transformation projects and targets.Maintain accurate B-BBEE records and certificates.Compile Corporate Social Investment (CSI) data and prepare reporting packs.Manage learner administration, including registration, attendance, and progress tracking.Generate monthly and quarterly reporting for Steercom and Social & Ethics Committees. Qualification and Skills Required:National Senior Certificate (Matric with Mathematics).Degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum of 3 years experience in transformation, B-BBEEverification, and Employment Equity.Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office.Knowledge of personnel administration is advantageous.Sound understanding of:The B-BBEE Act and Amended Codes of Good Practice;Skills Development Act;Employment Equity Act; andVerification processes and audit procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication.Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.Accuracy and data integrity focused.Deadline driven and able to manage multiple priorities.Whats in it for me?
