Transformation Consultant – Strata-g Transformation SolutionsLocation: Johannesburg Metropolitan Area (Hybrid)Employment Type: Full-timeIndustry: Human Resources / Labour ConsultingAbout Strata-gStrata-g Transformation Solutions is a dynamic South African consultancy dedicated to helping businesses simplify complex labour, compliance, and transformation challenges.Driven by a passionate and highly skilled team, Strata-g partners with clients to provide strategic labour and transformation solutions that deliver measurable impact and sustainable compliance.About the RoleWe are seeking a Transformation Consultant to join our professional team in Johannesburg.This hybrid position offers flexibility for remote work while giving you the opportunity to engage directly with clients and manage impactful transformation projects.You'll be responsible for driving transformation strategy, ensuring B-BBEE, Employment Equity, and Skills Development compliance, and building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and deep understanding of South African transformation frameworks.**Key ResponsibilitiesTransformation & B-BBEE Consulting**Conduct preliminary B-BBEE ratings and develop tailored transformation strategies.Perform gap analyses and track targets for each B-BBEE element.Prepare and manage B-BBEE verification files and facilitate audits with verification agencies.Recommend investment opportunities and beneficiaries for clients to maximize points.Liaise with B-BBEE Verification Agencies and manage any disputes.Employment Equity & Skills DevelopmentFacilitate Employment Equity Committee meetings and staff training.Develop and submit EEA2 and EEA4 reports to the Department of Labour.Submit Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR) to relevant SETAs.Apply for and manage Discretionary and Mandatory Grants.Conduct training needs analyses and monitor SETA compliance activities.Client & Project ManagementManage transformation project plans within defined time and budget constraints.Proactively communicate with clients to achieve strategic goals.Build and sustain strong client relationships through networking and continuous engagement.Administration & ReportingMaintain up-to-date client files and reports.Monitor billable hours and service performance.Submit monthly travel reimbursements and support proposal preparation.Stay current on changes in labour legislation, B-BBEE codes, and transformation policies.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years' experience as a B-BBEE Analyst / Consultant / Verifier or in Transformation Consulting.Proven experience working with QSE and Generic clients.Proficiency in labour legislation compliance, transformation frameworks, and project management tools.Strong presentation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skillsMust be computer literate (MS Office suite).Valid driver's license and willingness to travel **.Key Cotrong>mpetenciesStrong client focus and professional integrity.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.Confident in engaging with executive and senior management levels.Why Join Strata-g?At Strata-g, you'll work alongside industry experts who are passionate about empowering transformation across South Africa.We offer a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where your expertise directly contributes to client success and national transformation goals.How to ApplyIf you meet the above requirements and are passionate about transformation and compliance excellence, we'd love to hear from you Submit your CV and cover letter to: [- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 3–5 working days.(Your application will be kept on file for future opportunities.)**
