Personal Assistant with QuickBooks Experience
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant with a strong background in QuickBooks to join our team and provide remote support to our US-based client. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our client with various administrative tasks and financial management using QuickBooks software. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions, track expenses, and generate financial reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the client's team to ensure timely and precise bookkeeping, financial reconciliation, and data entry.
- Provide support in preparing invoices, processing payments, and managing accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and handle all tasks with the utmost professionalism.
- Help with other ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks as required by the client.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience working as a Personal Assistant for a previous company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for generating financial reports and managing data.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with the client and their team remotely.
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate in managing financial records and data.
- Must be able to work remotely from 3 pm to 11 pm according to US Eastern Time (ET) zone.
Pay: R90.00 - R100.00 per hour
