QuickBooks Bookkeeper (US Client, 3 PM - 11 PM)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our remote team and provide dedicated financial support for our US-based client. This position offers flexible working hours, from 3 PM to 11 PM, ensuring a convenient schedule for both the bookkeeper and our valued client.

**Responsibilities**:

- QuickBooks Management: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of QuickBooks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the client's business transactions.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts promptly and accurately, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded and reconciled efficiently.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Financial Reporting: Generate comprehensive financial reports on a regular basis, providing the client with insights into their business performance and financial health.
- Payroll Processing: Handle payroll tasks, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and compliance with payroll regulations.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and categorize expenses, ensuring adherence to the client's budget and financial goals.
- Financial Analysis: Assist the client in analyzing financial data, providing valuable recommendations for improving profitability and cost-saving opportunities.
- Tax Preparation Support: Collaborate with the client's tax professionals and provide them with organized financial data during tax season.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all financial records are accurate, organized, and compliant with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Communication and Support: Maintain regular communication with the US client, addressing inquiries and providing financial insights to support their business decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a QuickBooks Bookkeeper, managing financial tasks for US-based clients.
- QuickBooks Proficiency: Extensive knowledge and proficiency in using QuickBooks for various accounting functions.
- Accounting Background: Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial analysis.
- Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate financial records and error-free reports.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, adhering to the specified working hours of 3 PM to 11 PM.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with the US client and the remote team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-structured and accessible financial database.
- Problem-solving: Capacity to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and discrepancies efficiently.

Pay: R120.00 - R150.00 per hour
