A property Development Company is seeking a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will report into the Director and will be well presented and efficient in their support by attending to and handling; all types of correspondence, general administrative work, dealing with clients, scheduling meetings and taking minutes, overseeing travel arrangements, preparing draft reports, conducting research, managing and organizing an efficient filing system and keeping adequate records.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Grade 12 exemption (additional relevant education preferable - legal, financial, administrative diploma)
- An interest in real estate would be beneficial
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Valid passport
- Computer literacy - proficient user of Office365 and Outlook

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Personal administration
- Coordinating and executing various personal tasks for the director including but not limited to, diary management, travel bookings, coordinating family arrangements
- Property Research & Reporting
- Compile key property information and competitor analysis
- Compile detailed reports and/or research papers when required
- Update Board and Investment Committee notes when required
- Reporting
- Keep detailed records and a well-organised schedule to actively administer and co-ordinate the functions of the Director.
- Take minutes at meetings where applicable
- Attend to general administration and housekeeping including;
- Creating and maintaining office management systems and procedures
- Research and scheduling
- Research and maintain a contacts list of real estate agents in the UK.
- Research and maintain a contacts list of real estate developers in the UK
- Research and compile key property information for prospective sites
- Schedule meetings (online & in person)
- Travel
- Arrange and plan travel itinerary including booking accommodation, flights, and vehicle hire
- Prepare travel expense reports and claims
- May be required to travel abroad at times
- Other:

- Keep detailed records and a well organised work schedule
- Highly organised, proactive and tenacious approach to the completion of tasks, general administration and solving problems
- Any other tasks that may be required to be carried out to assist the Director in executing his functions in a timely manner
