As such, they are looking for a Talent specialist who can assist them in attracting, developing and retaining competent employees.
The duties for this role will include but are not limited to:

- End to end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing and placing talent.
- Evaluating and improving recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update organisational structures.
- Onboard new employees.
- Conduct employee benefits administration.
- Manage selection assessments.
- Manage succession planning.

To be considered for this position, you will require a qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology, 3 to 5 years' experience in internal recruitment and human resources and at least a year's experience in the
**mining industry**. It is advantageous to be registered with the SABPP or be a registered Psychometrist with the HCPSA.
