- The Sourcing Specialist will work closely with the onsite Partners to establish their sourcing strategy and ensure that they are successful in securing the very best talent available in the market.Key Responsibilities
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and talent acquisition, and incorporate them into the sourcing process as appropriate
- Gather feedback from the Manager and onsite Partners to identify areas for improvement in the sourcing process, and make adjustments as necessary

- Demonstrable experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and talent acquisition
- Passionate about learning and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices. Always curious to identify new and outside the box thinking methods to sourcing.
- Committed to our company values of continuous learning, building trusting relationships, taking pride in everything we do, making the most of every opportunity, and enjoying winning
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and off the shelf sourcing tools is a big plus, e.g., Sourcebreaker, LinkedIn Recruiter, Cv Library, Indeed etc
