We are seeking a
Talent Sourcing Specialist
for our client on a
12-month contract
.

Role Purpose:
Leverage deep talent sourcing expertise to design innovative recruitment strategies, labour market intelligence, and research to identify and attract senior, specialist passive/active talent across the bank. Build best-in-class pipelines ahead of demand, delivering right talent, capabilities, costs, and timing while advancing business transformation.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with TA specialists to deliver expert, differentiated candidate identification and attraction for allocated client segments.
  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies based on business strategy, internal/external labour markets,
    Market Intelligence & Industry Mapping
    , and
    Advanced Search Logic
    .
  • Implement workforce experience-led sourcing that differentiates
    our client
    as an employer.
  • Proactively gather and share labour market insights and competitive intelligence to shape attraction, hiring, and retention.
  • Build robust, engaged talent pipelines aligned to business needs—ensuring
    Candidate Assessment & Calibration
    and
    Confidentiality & Discretion
    .
  • Own critical metrics: quality of hire, time to hire, diversity, etc.
  • Upskill HR and line managers on sourcing processes, SLAs, and stakeholder roles.
  • Continuously assess and innovate sourcing channels/technologies for emerging skills.
  • Sell
    our client's
    employer brand, EVP, and opportunities effectively.
  • Maintain accessible talent pools for critical roles with strong candidate engagement.
  • Leverage candidate feedback to strengthen employer branding.
  • Embed data, digital, and diversity in all delivery.
  • Optimize ATS (SuccessFactors) data for faster, smarter TA.
  • Report on key metrics and provide monthly leadership updates on sourcing impact.
  • Build trusted partnerships with business, HR, and TA peers to deliver diverse, high-calibre talent for growth and transformation.
