Role
The main objective of this role is providing high-quality support to the sales team and customers during the sales process, including helping customers resolve sales related issues in a timely manner and providing general administrative assistance to the sales team.
Mission
Support Sales Teams on dedicated customer portfolios
Handle quotations requests received from Sales teams or Customers
Follow-up daily on quotations sent, not booked or expiring, customers lost and take actions on it
Follow up weekly on CSA customers
Follow up daily on digitalize customers with phones calls/reminders based on customer qualification priority defined at Group level
Support Customers in the utilization of SpotOn/eCommerce platforms
Contribute to dispute resolution by liaising with relevant departments and or parties to resolve
Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal, CEVA etc.)
Ensure customer meets compliance rules at sales stage
Create New Business Partner codes
Create AQUA quotations (including Cross trade rates)
Follow up daily with GA queries
Compile Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports and distribute to internal stakeholders
Ensure tenders are filed correctly in LARA system
Ensure accurate usage of CRM System
Who are we looking for?
A diploma in a related field
2 years in a shipping environment would be an added advantage
2 years’ experience in a sales orientated position
Microsoft Office
