**Key Objectives and Role**
- Development and execution of marketing strategy and plan and goals.
- There will two main focus areas
- Overall marketing (as detail below)
- Digital marketing (as detail below)
- Forster existing customer relationships and develop new customer base and relationships
- Manging and developing of company Brand
- Assist to increase the sales and profit
- Manage the marketing function cost effectively on value for money basis

**Overall Marketing role**:

- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Implement customer feedback programmes, follow up and recommend actions
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Manage print and digital promotional materials - Corporate Promotional barouches
- Customer news letters
- Generate new business lead and monitoring thereof
- Mange company Trade mark

**Digital Marketing role**:

- Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
- Manage social media marketing campaigns
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
- Manage SEO campaigns
- Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
- Conduct research on customer surveys ,market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
- Generate new business lead and monitoring thereof
- Manage CRM system and customer interactions
- Arrange webinar and customer events

**Inherent Requirements**

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns - 3 to 5 years
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Positive and young talent

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Established Customer, press and media contacts
