**Introduction**:
**What will be required of the role?**
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and social media campaigns
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
- Social media management (Facebook, Whatsapp)
- Catalogue and marketing collateral design
- All required print media design
- Videos for Facebook/WhatsApp
- Increasing social media traffic and appealing to target audiences
- Create designs that are creative and dynamic for websites, print media, product design, displays and productions
- Grade 12
- Marketing Degree/Bachelor’s
- 5 - 9 years’ experience within a marketing environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Portuguese speaking - advantageous but not essential
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Self-motivated and able to work as a member of the team
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong creative outlook and positive attitude
- Technical understanding of Social Network design and functionality
- Able to work under pressure
- Computer proficiency (MS Office) essential
- Adobe Creative Suite = InDesign-Illustrator-Photoshop etc
- Advanced knowledge of Social Media Sites
- Ability to plan and prioritise work activities
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
- Creativity and graphic design skills
- Be able to produce original ideas
