Marketing & Communications Manager

**MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB**
- Plan and implement Teraco’s marketing and PR strategies
- Produce written collateral for business development operations and sales activities.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to create original content.
- Website administration and content.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation creation skills.
- Coordinate the production of all necessary marketing and sales materials.
- Research and evaluate market trends and competitor activities.
- Execute campaigns and report on progress and results.
- Champion the use of and maintain the company CRM.
- Maintain client communications tools (newsletters, notifications, etc.).
- Develop and maintain relationships with analysts, journalists, industry partners, media, and suppliers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create products and services that enhance Teraco’s value proposition.
**SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
- Working knowledge of MS Office 365, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot knowledge is an advantage).
- Working knowledge of social media and websites.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing, online and print media strategies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail.
**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven work experience as a marketing and communications manager (7-10 years).
- Formal qualification and training in the relevant fields (marketing, PR, journalism, etc.).
